Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Personal Ledger (the “Service”) at acc.keyscalelab.com. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Personal Ledger is a personal-finance ledger that lets you record income, expenses, transfers and debts — by hand or by voice — and view reports. It is a bookkeeping tool for your own records. It is not accounting, tax, investment or legal advice, and does not file anything on your behalf.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Your data

You own the financial data you enter. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete all of your data at any time from your account settings.

4. Plans and billing

The Service offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout and include applicable taxes (VAT) where required.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service — no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, no automated abuse.

6. Availability & warranties

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of important data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FINTECHME LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decisions made based on figures in the Service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Republic of Cyprus.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Cyprus.
